Spotted: Taking Pics at the Second Bank

The photogs were scurrying around to get their shots set up at the back of the Second Bank of the United States at 4th & Chestnut. This location is nice because while the building creates a very formal backdrop, it backs up to a small park, so you have the option of a green space right there, too.
