The "Getting Started" Package - pricing varies based on client's needs
When you're engaged and looking for ceremony and/or reception venues, the search can quickly turn into an overwhelming and time consuming process. We will step in and research the venues for you, even setting up the walkthroughs, so the experience is less stressful and more enjoyable. If you're local to DC or Philly, we will set up the first consultation in person. If you're in another area, we can consult via phone or email. Then, once we have some basic information, such as desired date, budget, approximate number of guests, and your list of "must haves", we do all of the research for you and return an organized list of venues for your review. We will work with you to repeat this process based on your feedback.

The "Day-of Coordination" Package - pricing starts at $750
This includes a complimentary initial consultation. We will work with you as much as you need before the wedding day via phone and email - there is no limit on our pre-wedding communications. We typically like to confirm your vendors and review your timeline prior to the wedding. On the wedding day, we're there to coordinate your vendors, guests, and wedding party, as well as help with set-up and breakdown of the venue. We are onsite for the entire duration of your event. Ceremony rehearsal coordination is available for inclusion upon request. This is easily our most requested package!
