Two Web Belles: Fabricated

1. We've seen a few rustic weddings using raw cotton instead of flowers in centerpieces and bouquets. It's a pretty look, and we especially like this setting we spotted on United With Love. Mixing rugged wood and soft cotton and candlelight keeps it interesting.

2. Fabric flowers are a DIY favorite, but this is the first time we've come across a structured, decidedly geometric dahlia. Plus we have this thing for felt, it brings us back to our elementary school crafting days. Instructions are over at the Dallas Wedding Planner.

3. Stitched paper goods and signage always look so homespun. This "Reserved" sign we spotted at Words and Eggs fits right in at an outdoor garden ceremony. (Lots of other stitched cuteness over at W&E by the way)

4. Test tubes, thread and carnations, a match made in multicolor heaven. Who knew? Any lightweight buds would work. This project is so simple but so genius. (Found via The Haystack Needle)

5. Lace paper gets us every time. This card from Etsy seller AshleyPahl is bright, fun and ultra-girly. We're thinking thank you's or invites for a bridal shower.
