1. We've all seen pocketfold wedding invites (one of the Belles even used them for her very own wedding), but the minibook from minted is new to us. It's presented as a darling holiday card, but we think it's a great way to share all of your wedding info AND your engagement shots with your guests. The designs run the gamut from whimsical to formal and the books are a cute keepsake!
2. DC Brides - the B-list is coming to town! The B-list is a group of wedding bloggers created by Vané Broussard of Brooklyn Bride and Anne Chertoff of From “I Will” to “I Do”. The April 16th event is targeted as a networking opportunity for vendors, but at $25 it's a great way to meet some of your favorite bloggers and maybe get some tips/inspiration for your big day!
3. We're all for a good bargain, cutting down on waste, and helping out a bride or two along the way. So naturally we love what they're doing over at Recycled Bride. The site is set up like an eBay for the wedding-minded, with easy to navigate listings of previously used, but no longer needed items for sale. (One bride's charteuse pashmina is another bride's treasure!) Definitely worth taking a look if you're shopping around for items, or looking to part ways with others.
4. We think these handmade "family" signs from Etsy seller Bosheree08, found by way of the Addicted 2 Decorating blog are pieces that could make the transition from a gift table or bar at your reception to a mantle in your home. They would make for a thoughtful gift for a newly engaged friend, too.
5. If just choosing a glass of wine at dinner throws you in a tizzy, you might need some guidance when selecting wines for your wedding meal. Wine classes, like those offered at Zola Wine & Kitchen in DC and The Wine School in Philly provide opportunities to learn more about reds and whites in a fun, laid back atmosphere. Those offering classes often run specials and promotional events, so be sure to check out their calendars frequently

Two Web Belles: Shorter, but Just as Sweet
1. Now we can see how they get that catalog to look so close to perfect! Saw that Pottery Barn is advertising for in-store table display demonstrations on 3/13 and 3/20. PBarn's goods are already so crave-worthy and inspiring, so stopping by the store to see what it has to offer in terms of styling instructions may be worthwhile. Also coming up on select Sundays in April and May: the Art of Botanical Arranging.
2. With spring fever continuing to spread here at TWB, we thought this playful floral DIY from Real Simple is just the type of project to get anyone ready for the warmer weather. This box full of gerbera daisies and wheat grass would look great set up on an outdoor table, or could easily bring a bright touch of spring indoors.
3. Snapfish, the online photo organizing and sharing website, is turning 10 next month. To celebrate, the site is offering deals and discounts on its wide array of photo prints and gifts from April 1st - 10th. If you're not already a member, it's free to join and doing so will ensure you don't miss any of the bargains delivered straight to your inbox. We've personally seen photo collages (how can you pick just one shot from a wedding to put in the favor picture frame?) and photo books (displaying engagement shoot pics at the reception, a DIY wedding photo album) ordered from the site turn out high quality products before, with amateur and professional pics alike.

St. Patty's Inspiration Board
A wedding is a great excuse to celebrate your heritage, and on St. Patrick’s Day, everybody’s Irish! Try a mossy pillow for a lad to bear the rings on, and invite your guests to share your joy with letterpressed foliage. Two Web Belles: Spring Fever...or Wedding Fever?
1. For this wedding, a more muted color scheme of neutrals offset with a mild yellow reminded us that you don't need punchy colors to have an event space make a statement. The standout in our eyes? The yellow sunburst emblem that can be seen peeking out throughout the venue, which was also used on pillow sham keepsakes for the B&G, all fashioned by the talented crew at Evantine Design.
2. Looking for something a little more meaningful than a wedding band from the local jeweler? What about an afternoon outing with lunch, champagne, and oh yeah, hand-made wedding rings? Don't worry if you're less than a DIY all-star, the instructors at wedding Ring Workshop guide you step by step and guarantee results you'll be happy with.
3. Boho brides, good news! Anthropologie (well, their parent company, Urban Outfitters) is planning to launch a bridal line for Spring 2011. The line will be offered online first and then transition to brick and mortar stores. We're expecting dreamy, ethereal, and romantic with a funky touch. Can't wait 'till the debut.
4. Gilt Groupe, the online designer discounter extraordinaire, is hosting a wedding sale starting today. With everything from bridal couture to bridesmaid dresses to high end registry items, this is one you don't want to miss. Gilt Groupe is by invitation only, but you can easily find an invite with a quick Google search. Members are happy to extend their invites, they receive a $25 credit for each new person who joins.

Maybe think about moving this item higher on your list of priorities and look for an interesting way to show your guests where they are sitting. After all, this is generally the first stop for your guests at the reception and will let you set the tone for the event from the moment they enter the venue. For creative inspiration, we had to pass along this astrology seating chart from Mélangerie (found via Tammy Golson Events) because it was so original. Something ultra-tailored to your guests like this takes a lot of work to get it set up (you need to know the astro sign of every guest beforehand!), but the final product is such an attention grabber, isn't it?

Two Web Belles: Ready for More?
1. MODA Botanica has been turning heads all week with its cargo container installation at the Philadelphia Flower Show. So how can you take MODA's design aesthetic and realistically apply it (assuming you're not planning on hosting your guests in a steel cube?) Look at their use of contrasting elements - soft pillows on wooden benches, lively flower arrangements pin spotted by bare lightbulbs - and note how this mix brings so much visual interest to the space. Yes, the walls of mirrors would create a bit of a funhouse effect in such an enclosed environment, but using reflective surfaces is a great way to artificially create more light and make a room feel bigger than it actually is.
2. As if you don't already have a countdown of the months, days, minutes, even seconds until you say "I do." Just in case, there's an app for that. If you're looking for more of an all-in-one wedding planning suite at the tip of your smartphone, check out this list of the top apps for weddings.
